This blog is coming to you from Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta but I am originally from New Brunswick.
To say I am food obsessed would be an understatement; I think about food from the moment I wake up until I go to bed. I FREAKING love food…especially food that makes me feel good. I started this blog so that I have a space to talk about food, wine, and share delicious recipes with you that are made with REAL ingredients and none of that processed crap.
I have always had a complicated relationship with food; I’ve struggled for a good part of my life with an eating disorder. I was so busy worrying about what was going to happen to my body if I ate food that I could never really enjoy it. Over the course of MANY years, my perspective on food and nutrition have drastically changed, which has allowed me to enjoy food in a way that I never imagined. This blog is a reminder of how far I have come.
